There is nominimum monetary amount per order. However, as the items are individually hand-crafted, only one of each can be ordered at a time. BUT if you are interested in having mulitiple items similar to a piece displayed, feel free to contact us and arrangements can be made.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid by credit card or through PayPal.
When you make a purchase by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. The PayPal site will recommend you to sign-up if you don't have a PayPal account. But if youdo not want to have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card without creating an accountwith PayPal.

How your order is processed
Your shopping cart is accessible from every page on this website.
Select an item you want to buy by clicking the "Add to Cart" button beside or below each item.
Then, follow the instructions in the shopping cart; you can continue shopping as long as you like before checking out.
When your transaction has been completed, a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you.
Shipments will generally be made within 5 business days.

Return Policy
For returns in the case of damages or shortage, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your package. If you are not satisfied with an item for any other reason, conditions are the same--please contact us within 10 days, indicating the reason.
Please make sure you have read this Return Policy.
When you have received your item(s), please make sure to carefully inspect the contents for any signs of damage or defects.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition and packaged properly.
Please contact us, info@tamakoglass.com, to obtain a returnauthorization number. Tamako Glass cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper Tamako Glass authorization.
PLEASE NOTE: a PayPal account MUST be created at the time of original purchase in order for a refund to be possible.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceablecarrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping, unless an error was made on our part (shortage, damage on receipt, wrong item).
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card (through PayPal), we will credit your PayPal account, minus the original shipping fee. You will receive confirmation of this transaction by email, from order@tamakoglass.com.
Return due to an error on our part or if the item was not what you purchased, you will be fully refunded and we will pay the original and return shipping fee to your credit card (PayPal account).
Please allow us up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the process of your refund.
Repairs
Should the occasion arise in which repair work is necessary, we will be happy to do it, free of charge*, within one year of purchase!
Just write us an email and we will let you know whether or not the repair is possible. If the repair is possible,an authorization code will be emailed back to you.
Friendly reminder! We can only do repairs for purchases from TAMAKO GLASS!
*we ask you to pay the costs for shipping related to any repairs.
